It was born in 2012 after assiduous and tenacious logging work on land abandoned to itself and uncontrolled vegetation.

The farm is continuously expanding, within our 70,000-square-meter property of fertile, unspoiled land, enclosed like an amphitheater, by dense forests. Being a hydrogeological zone, the plants grow very easily, feeding in the many underground springs that characterize our soils and the entire Tretto area.

Present are about forty olive trees, fruit trees, and crops of vegetables and herbs that are used fully and, without waste, in our dishes.
